Lower the volume first
Stress tends to stack. The goal is not to “erase” it, but to reduce intensity enough for your body to re-balance.
- Step away from screens for two minutes.
- Relax your jaw and drop your shoulders.
- Do slow breathing: inhale 4, exhale 6.
Reset your focus gently
After you calm down, add a small “next step” so your brain feels oriented again. Keep it simple and doable.
- Write down the next single action you will take.
- Drink water and take a short walk if possible.
- Return to the task for just five minutes.
Wellness cue
Short resets work best when you repeat them daily.
"You don’t need a perfect day—just a calmer next moment."
